stop the boot cisco 2511

My router Cisco 2511 stop the boot at:

would you tell me what happens? the flash is bad?, the RAM ? do what?

Try this out
REmove the interface card from router.and fix it again properly.then try to rebooot it.

thanks for your help, but i yet clear my ram and my flash, slots too whit isopropolic alcohol; but i have the same error my Cisco 2511 stop the boot at:

i don't believe that my mainboard is bad, because the message at moment the boot, could be my rom?,i am needing help,
