I dont think you can just turn this off. You could use image place holders instead whilst you design the page and then add the correct url when you are ready.

it is a headache to me,
because i need to edit "fully completed" webpages.

DW just kill my time as the page takes so long to open,
and it hangs DW sometimes as well

in previous version, DW will not load remote images

i wish there is a way to turn it off,
otherwise i will look for another software that will not load up remote images, any suggestion, thanks a million

No way, those are ad codes, hosted remotely

have to disable it or dump DW in no time
