I am getting stop errors...

System Failure: Stop error
Reason Code: 0x805000f
Bug ID:
Bugcheck String: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000c, 0xd0000002, 0x00000000, 0xf764e8d5)
Comment: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000c, 0xd0000002, 0x00000000, 0xf764e8d5)

And getting the following...
Error code 000000d1, parameter1 0000000c, parameter2 d0000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 f764e8d5.

Has anyone seen this specific code before and what did you do to resolve it?

Thanks

The same problem for me. This is happening on a hp ProLiant DL360 G5 server with Win2k3SP2 installed, which recently got its motherboard replaced. The prior motherboard had a hardware flaw which caused the PCIexpress slot to fail.
The PCIexpresscard (a LPTcard used with a hardware dongel) is functioning now with the new motherboard, but the restarts itself randomly 2-10 times a day with the same errormessages you described.

My oppinion is that this might be a BIOS failure (i maybe need a BIOS upgrade/update from hp for this problem).

I will notice you how it went, when I can get it from my deliverer.

I did some dump file examinations and I found the Broadcom NIC drivers to be at fault. I then upgraded the driver using the HP Smart start 7.90 CD and so far (1 month) there have been no crashes or BSOD or Stop anything. I pretty sure the previous admin used and older version Smart Start.

Hope this helps you.
