I have a Win2K Pro machine that keeps throwing a stop error at me with the following system event description:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x804323a2). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195. A dump was saved in C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini102402-02.dmp.

I have browsed through the Microsoft Knowledgebase to see if anything jumped out at me. I found a couple articles (Q130802 & Q192463) that offer general information on this error and on troubleshooting blue screens. I have not yet tried the suggestions mentioned in these articles and I wanted to see if anyone out there had any suggestions or possible fixes for this problem before I get more into the troubleshooting process. I have saved the dump file, however I don't know how to read it. The machine is running an Asus A7S333 motherboard with AMD XP 1700+ CPU and 128mb RAM (I can specify more hardware details if needed) If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance!

Every time that I came across this issue, I had to switch out RAM. You may want to look at drivers as they can cause this also. However I have fixed this 100% of the times that I came across this by replacing RAM.
