Trying to find the best way to do this.
Trying to stop access to 192 (Directory enquires in UK)
boss and secutary need access to 192 but want everyone else to go to switch board if they dial 192 so receptionist can dial it for them.

Have barred a number in ld 90 before but I dont want it totaly barred some people need to be able to dial it.

Thanks for any help

Gary

You could build a RLI with a very high FRL and allow access based on FRL for the NCOS

sorry but that went over my head new to this.

Can see that NCOS would be the way to go cos we have that setup for international calls It would be ideal if 192 had the same restrictions as international calls. But i do not know how to do this.

Gary

LD 49
Req CHG
Type FCR
Cust 0
Crno 3 This id the NCOS number 3,5,7 or 8 in our case
Deny XXX If you don’t want to deny press return
Alow XXX XXX is the number you want to allow / deny
