Stop a frame with Radio buttons scrolling when a radio is pressed

I have a Form in an excel sheet and within the form I have a frame which contains radio buttons and lots of them aligned vertical.

This means the frame has a vertical scroll bar. When I scroll select a radio button and try and select another the whole frame scrolls resulting in another radio button being selected. This may be a bug with VBA itself but i was looking for a way around it. The problem only occurs with that sequence of steps.

forgot to mention that after I have selected the first radio button i click a button which disables it. Then when i go to select the next one the problem occurs
