I can't believe how time and again my server gives me Stop erros, I have NT server SP6a plus public hotfixes...

Does anybody know the reason of this BSOD ?

Does people like us continuing to be fooled ? Till when ?

I don't want a war here ! I want A solution ! I don't want a new OS. I want MY NT working ! I want my NT Server as advertised !

"Rock Solid 32Bits applications" ??
"SOLID OPERATING SYSTEM FOR BUSINESS" ??

This was said in 1996.

I really don't believe that Windows 2003 Server is the path.

Enough of saying to us that this OS is reliable when EVERYBODY KNOWS that IT IS NOT !!!

ASUS P2B97
PC100 128Mb
PC133 256Mb
Promise Ultra66 + Seagate 40Gb
PII 233Mhz

NT SP6a + Hotfixes
SQL Server 2000
Norton Utilities For Windows NT 2.0

And it is neve stable !!!

I am tired of this. Seriously !

Cheers...

Hello All

I suppose that Norton Utilities 2.0 was the focus of the problem, and happend that that application has received the Microsoft Backoffice seal. (These seals...)

Well, I uninstalled it, and so far, I got rid of the stop 0x00000024 (0x00190201, 0xF2427C38, 0x80511516 ), and a weird refreshing problem under Windows XP/Explorer.exe

Cheers....
