STK 4410 & LMU 4430 error

Hello All,

I have a question i had a crash on the above this weekend

When trying to IPL controller 4430 the following error
were noted D0EA&C1B2 does anyone have a breakdown on
what it might be or have a service manual with codes.

An FDC HANDSHAKING error was detected during FDC
COMMAND/RESULT phase hardware interaction for FDD A.
FRU: PROBABILITY: LOCATION:
LA 95 % Slot: D1

Results for D0EA:

An unexpected vectored interrupt A (LAD Door Open)
occurred. This device is not enabled at this time
and no interrupt should occur. This is a fatal error.
FRU: PROBABILITY: LOCATION:
LAD Opened 50 % Slot: Front Door
Cable to LAD 40 % Slot: Front Door
LX 5 % Slot: F2
LY 1 % Slot: D2
