Still Line Appearance on Coverage 1

Hi everyone,

on our phones we still have our line appearances visible if a call was redirected through a coverage path.
how can i turn this off?

you want to turn off one of these I believe, I can't remember exactly..

Keep Held SBA at Coverage Point?
or
Maintain SBA At Principal?

Just a FYI, if you have a DCS, QSIG network, having these on, causes the re-routing to fail, because the call is still hairpinned to the switch instead of getting redirected..

I think its maintain SBA at principle that you want to turn off, Keep held SBA at coverage is for when a covering user has placed a coverage call on hold

Also look at "temporary briged appearance on call pickup" in change system-parameters features. if this is set to y try setting it to n.

Thanks BuckWeet, it was the "Maintain SBA At Principal".
At least this worked on our R11.

But i have the same problem on R6, where i couldn't find that entry.
Anyone got a clue about that function in R6?
