What are the steps I need to take to get a stored procedure to run on a timed interval, for example every 15 minutes?

I need this to log out inactive users, on an ASP application.
Also to do some other tasks, such as regulair updates of tables.

Regards.

Oh and I do not have dba access.
Only design rights, I can create and drop in my own database.

Look up "jobs, scheduling" in BOL.
