Steps for adding digital ISM licenses in LD 143 5

I need to add eight digital ISM licenses to a Option 11c.
I have the key-codes from the vendor but need assurance I am not going to screw up the system while trying to add them. Does anyone know the steps?
The PBX is release 4.
Any insight is appreciated.

Yep. Get on TTY 0. Go to LD 143.

LD 143
.UPGRADE
Choose Option 2 "System Ugrade"
Choose Option 3 "Feature/Parameter Upgrade"
Follow the questions and use your new keycode sheet and enter the new info.
If the keycodes are successful, it will tell you it was successful and that you do not need to Sysload.

You will need to do this on the TTY attached to Port #0.

Only thing to add, purely as a precaution, is to:

Go to LD 22... PRT PKG

Compare the print to your keycode sheet, remembering that there may be extra packages to consider.

If all is equal, there will be no INI at the completion of your upgrade. If however there is a descrepancy in the package installation, an INI will be called. (Have been caught in the past with the sneaky removal of PKG 24)
