STEAL CALL FROM VOICE MAIL??

Is it possible to steal a call after vm picks up??

Calls come into group 300 after 4 rings goes to vm.. I would like to be able to intercept call, if poss??

Don't think you can steal a call from voicemail. May be wrong.
 
dial *46, then you can reclaim a call that is listening to a greeting. Not sure if it works for groups but it wont take 2 mins to test it :)

Thought that releated to a users transferred call as opposed to a call that had gone from group to VM but like Tom said, won't take long to test.
 
it certainly works for a call to a users mailbox, dial *46 from that phone and you reclaim the call.

or use Callstatus, still works even though they do not officially support it for 4+ anymore..
 
Just make a call steal shortcode for the group
