A FEW DAYS AGO WE HAD 8410'S THAT THE SPEAKERS DIDN'T WORK UNTIL WE LET THEM SIT ON OUR SWITCH-(SO THEY COULD DOWNLOAD PROGRAMMING) NOW OUR TN754B'S ARE NOT WORKING-THEIR STATUS IS SHOWING DISCONNECTED. WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED AND HOW DO YOU FIX IT??????

Sounds like a bad board maybe. Try re-seating the boards in the switch, and if they dont re-initialize - try busyout and release on the boards affected.

If that fails - call avaya for further technical assistance. The boards should not show disconnected unless you've changed their integrated port assignments and hardware config, etc.

Easiest is to pull the boards out, and push them back in the switch though.

Try busy / release board ...

Also try pulling the board (out of hours) and re-seating it.

Just ideas.

Also check the amphenol connector.
