Recently I tried to install a few phones on a station module of a MICS system. The phones would not boot up so I checked the status of those ports in Maintnence and it said "Deprovisnd". I have never seen this before and can't find out what it means. Can anybody tell me? Thanks a million.

I tried programming in a set then plugged it into the port and I still had the same problem. On every other Norstar system the status of unused ports has always been "unequipped". In the docs the only place it talks about "Deprovisnd" is dealing with T1. I am still frustrated with this.
the key work in your response was norstar.. this forum deals with meridian switches, might try posting that in a key system forum.. switches seem to work a little different so my post will not apply to the system if it's a norstar
