Hi there,
I am currently using awstats to track our server stats for our different websites.
I noticed that awstats only allows the summary for that month and not individual "days"

is there a way to generate per-day views in awstats, and if not, are there any other good stats packages out there?

Google analytics does what I need but I'd rather have somethng running against our server's log files.

Thanks :)

Thanks for the feedback Brooks.
I understand that you can't go wrong with Google;
But some of the points I noticed is that:

1. if javascript is disabled at the user's end, we cannot collect stats.

2. google only give us the top 5~10 referring URL's where as awstats gives us the full comprehensive list.

AwStats can certainly do a daily view - it gives an hourly breakdown as well.

I thought you clicked on the Hyperlink under each day of the month to get into the daily view.

I wish someone would just call me Sir, without adding 'Your making a scene'.
