Hi,

I have a station that has ec500 turned on to a cellphone. If an outside party calls the station it ec500 to cellphone and the caller ID is that of the outside caller and doesn't trigger VZ SPAM app. But if a local station calls the ec500 station this call triggers the VZ app and tags the call as SPAM.
I'm assuming that when the internal station is calling the EC500 station, it is sending just the digits of the station instead of prefixing it with area code and exchange, whereas when the outside number is calling the ec500 station it is receiving all 10 digits as caller ID.
Is there a way for us to send 10 digits when calling a ec500 station from another internal station?

Thanks in advance

Yeah my pub table does look correct. If I call directly outside, my caller ID shows correctly.
When dial the station that has ec500 turned onto to it I don't think the pub table is being used. because the originating station doesn't acquire the prefixes contained in the pub table. I'm wondering if aar/uni table will resolve this...
