We use Cash Call Accounting software but it doesn't log station to station calls. I'm pretty sure the PBX supports that but its not setup to report that information. If anyone can lend some direction on this I would appreciate it. Thanks.
Correction if you have a software level 3600 or higher on a 2000 it looks like it is supported. CMD 1245 set up a group class and in DD04>XX12>1 for terminal 0 or XX13 for terminal 1 where XX is the class number assigned in 1245.
Your biggest problem with this is whether the software (cash call accounting) can handle the data if it is outputted (does that word really exist?) Time to contact the third party supplier I think.
From what the Software company says, it will. How do I check the software version of the system? We've only had it for about 3 months so I would think it has the most current version but i want to double check. The program Cash Call has a service called Cash Log. This monitors and records all data from the PBX via SMDR. When I make outside calls I see this information show up but when I make station to station calls, nothing happens. I will double check with the software company and find out what changes need to be made to their software to support station to station calling. I just wanted to find out where it was setup in the PBX so i could check and verify its configured. Thanks for your patience and help guys.
Station to station SMDR was released with 3600 series software (R11) back in Dec 2005 so If recently purchased I'd say it was safe to say your system supports this feature.
Yes we purchased the system in Q4 of 2007. Could someone post the feature name or starting CMD so I can look it up in the Feature/CMD manuals? Thanks again to all that have helped.
