Does anyone know how to block ext to ext dialing with in the same pbx. I thought maybe there was someway that you could do it through COS but i can't seem to find anything. I am trying to separate 11xx and 12xx completely. I don't want either of them to be able to dial one another.

Place users in different Department Groups and restrict interconnections between these groups. This is 16-04 command.
