Station still rings when DND is on

Recently have had one station in the system ring when DND is on. Had the customer check the programmed button and also manually enter F85. Still had the same problem. Had the customer enter F984, station still rings when called. Priority call is not in use. Calls to that station do go to VM after 4 rings which is correct. Any thoughts ???

Have you tried rebooting the system?

I know that's kind of the last resort of the desperate, but it's always worth a shot.

Otherwise, no, I can't think of any obvious reason a phone would do that. F85 should override everything.

Curious, is that extension part of a hunt group, or ACD group? How are the calls being identified on the display?

Only that extension is having the problem. It is not part of a hunt group or ACD group. The extension that is having the problem has three dial tone lines that are programmed to appear and ring and has VM. there is another extension that has the same line appearance with no VM and a third extension that is set for delayed ring and no VM. There are five other groups of phones that have their own lines ringing direct to them. The system has been installed for about two months and this problem has just started.

That would make head hurt just thinking about that one. not going to happen. I'm not biting on that claim
