Station ports going to sleep?

I have a customer using an IP412, R1.4, 150 digital stations, 40 analog fax machines, 4 PRI T-1's. They handle 2000+ calls every day.

Occasionally, random digital station ports sort of "go to sleep". That is, they have no dial tone, and incoming calls to that station go to VMPro. Eventually they seem to wake up on their own and function ok. I've never been able to witness this directly, however I was on site once and a whole Phone30 module went to sleep. No dialtone, no incoming calls. The module's status light was steady green. I rebooted just the affected module and everything was working again. Any idea what would cause this behavior?

Also, anyone know if there a BHCC, Busy Hour Call Completion, limit on IP Office?

They are using all 4412 sets, and 3 4424 w/DSS for the three receptionists.

I have the same problem with the ip412 v2.1.15 do you know if this problem is already solved with 2.1.27?? or maybe i should upgrade to 2.1.24 that seems to be more stable...

I have Site That has a 406V2 bin files 2.1(27) 2x DS30, 1x DS16 and 1 x POTs 16 all with bin files (27). The 2nd DS30 unit port 9 has the same symptons you are describing. I am going to swap it out tommorow.

iroba 2.1 (24) more stable as 2.1(27) don,t you read the posts.
Don,t use 2.1 (15) and 2.1 (24)
2.1 (27) looks good with litle things like call listen.
Hope the new version 2.1 (31) will be a good version.
