Hey Everyone, hope all is well

I have a station in my environment (9630) that is immediately missing random calls: no ring, no nothing. The user was recently moved from another department in a call-center type scenario, thus their COR and COS were updated. I'm at a complete loss as to why these calls are failing, and why it's just happening after the move. Has anyone else seen this type of issue before?

how do you know the calls are being missed ? Are the missing calls showing up on the phone's call log ? Are the missed calls leaving a voicemail ?

I found out what this is, rookie mistake:

Her agent ID was still in a dial-tree on the call-center vector. Due to staffing restrictions she had to log in between 11am and 1 pm to cover her old department. During any other time of the day, if a caller selected her agent ID out of the call tree it would forward directly to voicemail. So we'll chalk that one up to me not looking at that vector.
