I wants to implement station lock on CM 8.1 but the IT administrator told the station lock must block outgoing and incoming call both. Only extension to extension dial must be enable after lock. I never implemented the station lock for incoming call blocking also.
Can somebody help?

Hi Joe, I am not as expert in avaya as other techs are, i m in a learning phase and learned a lot from these forums. Can you please briefly describe the procedure?

Each cor is has a definition of whether other CORs can call it.

I'd have the station lock cor be not reachable from the trunk cor

Never tried, but it'd be my first guess

Just to piggy back on this, would this feature work on an IP phone or through One X Agent? I just tried it on One X Agent and was able to dial out even though a status station showed station lock active.

What about the agent's COR? I believe it's the agent's COR that's analyzed when logged in.

Works for me now. Had to change the station lock COR within the COR assigned to the station. Was testing without any agent even logged in.
