STATION IS UNASSIGNED OR AS AN ACD NUMBER error when setting CFU 1

Hi All,

I'm trying to setup a call fwd unconditional but get stuck at line F01:


ADD-ZIEL:FWD,2901,VCE,80116568762000,"",CFU,INT,SYSTEM;
H500: AMO ZIEL STARTED
F01: SOURCE STATION 2901 IS UNASSIGNED OR AS AN ACD NUMBER (AMO DNIT)
CONFIGURED.


Any one know why my station 2901 gets "UNASSIGNED OR AS AN ACD NUMBER" when trying to do an add-ziel?

Could you verify what 2901 is configured as and show the output using the commands below.

DIS-WABE:TYPE=GEN,CD=2901;

DIS-WABE:TYPE=GEN,CD=2901,DPLN=0&&15;

If you go into the assistant, under classmarks make sure there is no check mark in the ACD Agent box. It can be more complicated than that if you have ProCenter, but it can also be that simple.

2901 has not yet been configured as an extension. The R in the WABE output means that the number has been RESERVED to be used as a station.

You would first need to create the extension using AMO's SBCSU for a digital station or SCSU for analogue to assign it a port number.

Once this has been done the the R will be removed in the WABE output.

Further to my previous comment, that is why you can't see the station using Assistant because it's not configured.

Add the station using Assistant if you are more familiar with that than using Comwin.

Incidentally if you dial 2901 you will get a number unobtainable tone indicating that the station does not exist.

I deleted it and recreated.. it was setup in the numbering plan to route out to a SIP gateway that we have so it worked by just being routed although it wasn't defined as a station.
