Is there a program out there that will allow me to query each extension and export all the characteristics?
Name
Extension
Building
Port
Button assignments including expansion modules, if applicable
All the objects the extension is a member of?

Thanks for any guidance.

ASA can 'export' data from the 'station' form and you can pick which elements it'll export.
You won't get button assignments and you won't get 'what it's a member of' in the sense that you'd want to see extn 1234 has appearances on phones 2222 and 3333 like you would with 'list usage extension'\
What are you trying to accomplish? It's tough to express non-uniform data that way. If you wanted uniform data, like a fixed number of columns per station with extn, name, port, then that's easy. But once you get to "every button" or "every appearance", what do you want the spreadsheet to look like? 1 row per extension and umpteen columns for every possible button? It'll look like swiss cheese.

What do you want that data for, and for what purpose? There might be other angles to round out your search!

Provision will achieve this ...but its pricey
