I have a station user that cannot dial the voicemail extension. When they dial the 4-digit extension to call Audix - they here the "french police" tone.

Any ideas??

Can they dial any extension? Probably not.... If that station is an X port then assign them a port and away you go.

Yes, they can dial other extensions and I have an active port assignment in the station. It's only when they try to dial the voicemail extension to get messages on a "team" mailbox - they hear the "french police" tones.

do a list trace on the station to see what denial event comes up.

Are you *positive* that they're dialing the correct extension for voicemail? If so, does the COR of the station that they are using allow for calling the COR of your Audix hunt group?

I changed the COR and everything is working just fine. Thank you!!!!!
