station appearance on 7324 - MICS 2

i have a 0x32 MICS 1.0-
The Operator extension is a 7324-

I want to see weather or not 3 specific people are on their phones or not, so I set their extensions to appear (not ring) on 3 buttons of said 7324.

However, they do not flash when they are on the phone nor when they get a call, nothing at all...

If I press F*0 and those buttons they do say x115 appear etc...
Is this not going to work the way I want or did I forget to do something??

I just want to see on my phone when they are on a call or when one is ringing to them.

Just put internal autodial buttons for them... they'll be 'lit' if the phone is in use or in DND mode. You won't see it ring, tho.

Sounds like you put Answer DN keys on the M7324, Remove those keys in Config programming then do as jgideon says buy putting Auto Dials in place.
Auto Dial programming:
Press Feature * 2
Press key of choice
Enter Ext #
Done!
