station appearance on 7324 - MICS

i have a 0x32 MICS 1.0-
Operator extension is a 7324, I want to see weather or not 3 different people are on their phone or not, so I set their extensions to appear (not ring) on 3 buttons of said 7324. However, they do not flash when they are on the phone nor when they get a call, nothing at all....
If I press F*0 and those buttons they do say x115 appear etc...
Is this not going to work the way I want or did I forget to do something??
I just want to see on my phone when they are on a call or when one is ringing to them.

Anyways, take the intercom appearances off of the phone and put on internal autodial keys to those numbers instead. I believe that should fix your problem.
