Ok i have VM pro and when the call comes in they get the "your being recorded" message and then it transfers it to the Huntgroup. I am getting some intermident static when you are coming in and only the caller can hear it. I have heard it while testing it coming in. Any ideas?
 
What kind of lines incomming??? PRI, t1 or analog??
Check with provider

Is system grounded?
 
Any other issues with T1's other than static??? Depending on what version of sotware, you can try to isolate which t1 the static is on or maybe both by using monitor or system status...
 
no the T1s have been really solid and are not even half way used at our max busyness.
 
Is the system grounded??? I have some wierd problems if it isn't... Also check smart jacks are they properly grounded..
I had one site with static and it went away once the smart jack was grounded... Only site it I have ever seen that on..
but thought I would throw it out... and again use call status or system status to see if statis is on 1 or bith t1's
