static vpn address per user

i have a watchguard x1000 and want to give each user a static address is that posible?

i have some users that connect remotely to the network via VPN i need to send print jobs automatically to a printer connected to their laptop. they are autenticated by the firewall now. can i assign a static internal ip address so the job can be sent to the shared printer \\192.168.5.5\printer1.? this will have to be by user. any ideas?

Well that depends on what is doing DHCP. If you are using a Windows Server then look at RRAS, this will allow you to assign static ip's. Look at this.
