Good day,
we have a problem in our shop. Whe have security token(PCMCIA card)that we use to logon to our Network and when we put that token in the reader the system hang out or shutdown. We have tried the following PC : IBM NetVista personal Type:8305-42U (Chipset: Intel 845G)and Compaq Evo D510 models with Intel 845G Chipset. They both do the samething. Do you have these kind of problem with these type of PC or chipset. Thanks for your help!

Probably bad equipment or software. Give us more information, the computers work elsewhere or the companies would be out of business.

Hi Frank,
it is not bad equipement because we tried different machine of the same model and they all crash. It crash even when we go in the Bios settings and we charge our self with static and we touch the PC with a paper clip. It is not software. The model and company type are in my previous post. We told IBM and Chrystalis and they could not beleive us. We even have them come on site and we show them. They could not beleive it. So I wanted to know if other tech shop had the same issue.

Sincerely,

Gilles Dionne
