I have a group using a CICS, with 2-incoming lines. Line 1 has alot of static someday's while other days there is none. The local bell say they cannot detect any trouble. The static can only be heard internally, not by the outside parties. Any idea where i should start to remedy this problem?

There are 4 ports on the card move it to the 3rd line/port and reprogram the line and phones. If the static is still there then it is a wiring problem from the dmark to the system.
Bet to use a test set before the system to check the lines.

Can you please tell me what all i would have to do to reprogram the line and the phones? It is currently line 1.

Try switching line 1 & 2. This way you won't have to reprogram.
If the static stays on line 1 position then there may be a problem with that port.
