I have a client that is randomly experiencing static on all analog devices (Phones / Paging) and their analog fax is no longer working, they all go through the Phone 16 V2 Expansion module.
This module has been in place for over a year with no issues. Nothing has changed in the customers environment, per the customer.
I had the customer move one of the phones from the Expansion Module to a Analog Port on the IPO Combo Card and the static was gone.
They are rebooting the device at noon today, I am thinking the module is failing however looking for other thoughts. Possibly a bad power supply? I am doubtful that the reboot will correct anything however I will update once the customer does the reboot.
