1) give each user a static ip at the desktop
2) establish dhcp reservations
unless you're talking about from a RA VPN connection??
I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

I'm sure on the younger brother model (the Edge's) you specify the users IP when creating the VPN for them. I assume you can do the same on the x100?
