Statement Printing Problem

We are using Great Plains Dynamics version 5.5 with Pervasive SQL 2000.

I have a problem with statement printing. When I print my statement everything seems to be fine, however there are 3 characters that are appearing on the top left hand corner of all the statements. Can someone guide me as to how to get rid of those 3 characters. I looked at the statement in Crystal Reports by going into modify function, and did not see anything. Thanks for any assistance.
The characters appear vertically on the top right border, that appears something like this

Hi I don't believe there are any standard Crystal reports for Great Plains. As standard the statement would be produced with the report writer. If this report has been written for you it would be specific to you so I doubt you'll get much feed back in here
