STARTUP -SWITCHBOARD - RETURN TO DESIGN MODE

How do I return back to design mode to do amendments after I have used the Startup , Display form "Switchboard" and remove all ticks from eg. Allow full menus etc.....

Hold down the shift key while entering the database.
