Hello
I'm testing a new IOS on one of my spare routers, a 1751-v, and I'm having an issue with the config file it's loading with.
I got the new IOS on the router, used the "boot system flash:12.3.16v.bin" and run through the management stuff. Hostname, interface's, acl's, lines, bla bla bla. I finish up and use the "copy run start" command. then, use the "write mem" command.
When the router reloads, I get the "decompressing image#################....." again and it looks like it's the first time i've turned it on. I do a "show run" and all my info is gone. Yet, when I do a "show start" all the info I put in is in there. Did I miss something here??
I'm begining to think the nvram is to blame, but why would it show my correct config in the startup-config and not use it?
thanks!
