OK... I got one for all you NorStar experts that has got me stumped...

I have a customer with a CICS 7.1 and a StarTalk Flash (2.0) and would like the AutoAttendant (AA) to function as follows:

During business hours the lines should ring directly to the phones and roll over to the general mail box after four rings.

During non-business hours the AA to answer on 0 rings and follow the normal CCR paths.

Currently it seems that I can only have one or the other set up.

I am assuming no AA at all during the day.

Set the GDM to one of the ringing phones and CFNA that phone to the voice mail DN. Make sure this CFNA delay is shorter than any other phone. In feature 982 set ANS LINES = N (The Flash won't answer lines during the day).

For after hours: create a ringing service as described above that includes the voice mail DN. Calls will be answered by the AA on the 1st ring.
