After installing a CD-Rom I had the following problems with my Office 95 :
When starting WORD I get the message "Not enough memory to run WORD" en WORD closes.
With EXCEL I have the following problem : "Cannot use object linking and embedding" and POWERPOINT I can't start anymore.
Even with paint I have problems : "OLE 2.0 was unable to start ..."

At microsoft I didn't find anything.

It's running on a PC Pentium 120Mhz with 16Mb of memory. And my problem is also that I don't have any CD-Rom Office 95 (I'm trying to fix this problem for friends).

Everything worked fine until I installed that CD-Rom and even removing that CD-Rom won't help because I already tried.

Thanks for any solutions.
Greetings

First of all what program was installed? Second, add more RAM it is cheap, bump up to at least 32 if not 64.

The program which was installed is CD-Rom Disney Hercules.

OK, to add more RAM, but first it's not my computer and second where can I find some old memory...

Greetings

Hmmm...Have you tried to uninstall Hercules and see if Office still works?

Memory can still be bought! Mostly online, but a place such as Computer Renaissance, or most local computer stores might sell it new or used.

It was already deinstalled when they brought the computer to me, so I think they deleted the program on the wrong way (some dll's who were needed for office or OLE ...).

In Belgium it's not so simple to find old memory, but I can look for it.

Thanks
