On the informational box's once they are setup and have a message in them, the documentation i have says it will disconnect the caller, once the message is played, and not re-route back to the orginal CCR tree. or can this be done on a NAM ?
I ask I am needing to setup a CCR tree but want to get my Ducks in a row before starting if you know what I mean.

If you want the caller to disconnect, turn return to aa off. If you are building an info node, you can tell it to disconnect after the information has been played.

I recommend drawing the tree out. Starting with path 0 as the top and the other paths beneath it.
Like below.
0
1 2 3 4
221 222 mb221 etc.

I agree...within CCR tree, your options are disconnect, previous (menu) or Home (main menu). CCR is definitely the way to go
