STARTALK WILL NOT REBOOT 2

I have a startalk B system and after a power failure in our offices, it would not boot again. When I try F981 983 it gives me "inactive feature".

I connected the unit to a terminal through db25 cable. The diagnostics as follows


Motherboard Power-on Diagnostics
Subtest : 1,2,3,4,5,6
Passed Motherboard Power-on Diagnostics

Motherboard Power-on Diagnostics
Subtest : 1,2,3,4,5,6
Passed Motherboard Power-on Diagnostics

....

and it keeps repeating the above messages forever..

Any idea would be greatly appreciated..

I took out the voice card and put that into another slut and it worked...

I'm PRETTY sure that I understand what you are trying to say....but what would Freud say about that typo?

my apologies. It was an actual mistake not a typo.
The reason: ESL - English as a second language..

It seems I have a bad power supply to a StarTalk 2.0.1 using 2.0.4 software. That is, fan doesn't come on and I don't hear anything powering up. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement to this?
