Does anyone know how to repair or reinstall the HD in a Startalk voicemail. This drive is an 80 Meg SCSI HD installed on a cotroller card within the system. It has a sticker on the drive that says S/W 2.0.3 85MEG 330 MIN MSG.
Can this drive be defragmented via standard SCSI controller card in a PC?
First of all the HD works .. I turn on the Voicemail and it boots up normally and it accepts F983 but stops there and will not offer me the prompt for the password. So I am assuming the drive is ok but it needs re-installed. Does anyone have an IMAGE of this drive and/or any upgrades that I can do for this system. This voice mail is a 4 port system and I hate to have to replace it if I can use it myself.
