STARTALK VOICEMAIL ISSUE

I have reset the admin password for a startalk. Now when I log into the system and put the new password, the system comes back with "NOT ALLOWED" and exits from the system.

Any ideas?

I have seen it sometime where you have to use 100000 as access to the Star Talk what version of startalk are you using??

Reset password and when it ask's RESET PASSWORD? say NO! then do again but say YES!.
or
Change the digital ports the vmail is using and reboot.
or
Try to upgrade it to a newer release of software.
or
If its a 4 port then then pull out the 4port expansion cartridge , power up, power down then re-install cartridge and power up.
or
Unscrew from wall and walk over to garbage can and insert flash into can, go to nearest bar and have a nice Crown Royal over ice and think about calm things like.....drinking!
