I have a customer currently using Startalk but they have purchased a new system and a call pilot from our company (we were not their previous provider). Is there a way for me to get their company greeting off of the star talk and import it to the call pilot? Thanks

if you are asking if you can copy a file - no
radioshak tools might come in handy - why not just rerecord it?

the call pilot ver 3.0 can import sound files (with the nortel tool) but anything before that is a manual operation. You can get a decent sounding transfer by having both systems set up and playing from the old system handset to the new, but if it is just an office personell recording have them redo it.

The callpilot is release 2.1 i believe. Only release 3 can do it? It would just be more convenient to be able to get it off the startalk and on to the call pilot because the company had the recording professionally done for them which obviously costed them some dollars. Re-recording would be my last resort.

If they have the original CD (wave file) then as wirednet said 3.0 can import it (After conversion)
feat983, login press9 to get the version ->
only rel 3 onwards. that too only import, no export

Ok thanks for the help, i will just get the customer to re-record their greeting.
