I'm having a problem with a remote site. The user says she has tried to get into the voicemail box and the system says not registered. I tried dialing in and entered ** then 11 (mailbox number) and then 1111(password) and I get mailbox not registered. She has been using this mailbox for years, any ideas? Thanks Dave
 
I had her try 10 and same message. I'm having her check with other people in the office to see if this is a system wide problem. Thanks for your reply.

What is their ext #?

If 2 digits then mailbox 10, if 3 then mb 100 if 4 then 1000 etc.

These are the General Delivery mailboxes and cannot be deleted.

Maybe somebody playing around in F983

Try F983/ login / then press backdoor code 6 and make sure General Delivery is ON
Also press 4 and make sure Voice Mail is ON as well.
