Startalk Flash

I have a startalk flash that the admin password has been changed or forgotten. Is there any way to reset the pw without loosing data, messages etc...
Will the vmail lock me out after too many failed attempts to login?
I have not powered down the system yet or disconnected it from the Norstar, these are my next steps.

Passwords not permitted on this forum.

What you want to know is how to reset the system administrator password and can be found in the Setup and Operation guide of any vmail (all the same procedure) and these can be download from various sites.

When a Startalk Flash is plugged in you first have to do a feature code which isn't 983. Anyone tell me what that code is?
