StarTalk Flash Programming Record 1

Thanks to this forum I have been able to "stumble" my way through setting up CCR on Flashtalk. My setup and operations guide makes reference to a StarTalk Flash Programming Record. I do not have one but thought it may help with future programming. Does anyone know where I can get one? (Flashtalk version 2.0.10)

No, Curly. I searched Yahoo for "Flashtalk Programming record" to no avail. I have it now and thanks for the tip!!
