We have a shared phone system and would like to set up CCR to route the caller to either office - my problem is that I cannot find instructions on how to design the tree so that the caller can be routed to more than one extension as an option (either via menu or transfer)- if anyone can assist, I'll provide more details at that time.... Thanks.
 
I'll handle this one.

If you want to change parameters such as you are asking & did not perform the initial programming yourself, I would advise you to contact your vendor (or another vendor if that one is not available to review your system & make the appropriate changes as to not affect other programming between your telephone & voicemail systems).

I agree too, northerngirl, if you've never setup the CCR Tree, you should really contact a vendor to help change it the way you want it. I'm sure if you ask them how to make changes in the future they will guide you in the right direction.

To all who have responded and seem to be in agreement, I appreciate your expedient replies and will certainly take the advice to contact the vendor - it is reassuring to know that my capabilities as the system coordinator are adequate but that there are times when you have to bring in the "experts"..... thanks again everyone!
