Prior to the MICS/Startalk there was a Avaya Partner ACS installed at this office. The office manager is telling me that the Partner ACS had the ability to pull calls away from the AA. I know this is a forum for Nortel, but can you tell me if this is possible with the Partner ACS? Also are there any systems that have this feature? Thanks
