I have a 616 DR5 DS with a StarTalk Flash. When the auto attendant answers a call I would like it to play a message and then immediately transfer to the general delivery mailbox without any caller input. Is there a way to accomplish this?

set the operator DN to "none" in table the line are in. Set the operator to "unavailble" and the operator DN to none in F982. When no action is taken by the caller or if they press 0 calls will go the GDMB. There is, unfortunately, no way to disable "Norstar Nora" from sayin "one moment please... the operator is not available".

Just have on the Greeting.

"Thank you for calling XXX, please hold while your call is directed to our Operator".

In 10 seconds it will time out to the main set (usually your operator extension).

luv2ksi, what DN should my DRT be set for, or should it be set to none?

luv2ski, I created a mailbox for DN 21 and configured that set to forward to DN 34 (startalk) after 2 rings. When I place an intercom call to set 21, this works - after 2 rings, I get voicemail.

When I call from an outside line, set 21 rings twice then stops ringing, but all the other sets continue to ring (lines 1 and 2 ring on all sets).

I have tried removing all line assignments from the StarTalk DN. Is there any other setting that could be preventing my outside calls from being Forwarded?

Thanks
