Changed operator from 21 to ext 29 used f*982 but when auto attendent answers and you press 0 it still goes to 21.This is working on a cics 2.0 expanded.Within in the switch 0 goes to 29 but not from startalk?

There are other places that the attendant can be set, such as in VM admin, under table programming. These other places have priority over feat982.

check the AA Dn in the vM table. if it is 21 under the table and they hit 0 the call will go there. Also check under the ICS programing for anywhere 21 is programmed.
